A fire heavily damaged the Arby’s in Huntington Beach a couple of years ago. The fire was swiftly put out by the fire department in 45 minutes, however the fire and smoke damage to the kitchen and dining areas made it unsafe to reopen. New construction documents had already been approved before the location set on fire. Now the damage made it impossible to renovate the way the owner’s had previously planned. They called National Engineering an our in-house team of professionals were able to get the plans approved and now the new location is open for business.
