Construction is currently underway for a 200,000 square feet project with two shell buildings and various tenant improvements in Desert Hot Springs, CA. The cultivation facility is 140,000 square feet and the extraction and manufacturing facility is 60,000 square feet. National Engineering provided the architectural and engineering services from the schematic phase to the construction administration. The building will house several tenants for cultivation, extraction, and manufacturing purposes.
