Popeye’s Project in Yakima, WA is Open!

A new ground-up Popeye’s project in Yakima, Washington is currently open and finished with construction. Our team worked on the schematic design, site planning, design development, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction documents as well as assisted in the construction administration project for this new project. Some challenges included the drive-thru which our team expertly reworked in conjunction to the existing building pad.
