Richland Vintner Square Project Breaks Ground



A ground-up shopping center in Richland, Washington breaks ground this month. This center includes a newly constructed shopping center adjacent to an existing thriving center. The new center will include Ross, Party City, and Ulta. Another new portion of the center has filled in with Panera, Mod Pizza, and additional tenants to come in as the project continues. National Engineering & Consulting, Inc. is glad to be part of such a thriving center in Washington State.
