National Engineering is pleased to be a part of the expansion project in Morgan Hill, CA at the Cochrane Plaza. Our team is providing the shell building design and construction documents for 20,000 square feet of retail space to be divided between Ulta Beauty and another retailer. We were awarded the Ulta project early on and now we are taking part in the design for the other major retail space as well.
